Guest Liaison Positions

METROCON is looking for reliable volunteers for Guest Liaison positions.

Guest Relations Staff Requirements/Functions:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid drivers license.

• Guest liaisons may work anytime between Thursday July 22th and Monday July 26th, 2010.

• NOTE: Guest liaisons may be assigned to work with any guest and MAY NOT specifically request to work with just one guest.

• Security for guests.

• Manage lines during autograph signings.

• Moderate the guests panels, if needed.

• Makes sure guest panels have what they need to run panels.

• Transport guests to and from locations (May require driving).

• Makes sure guests are happy during convention (ie: food, drinks, etc...).

• You are responsible for acquiring your own food, hotel room, transportation, and your badge must be pre-registered before the convention unless other arrangements have been made directly with our staff. Badge cost will be reimbursed (have your PayPal receipt with you) at the end of the convention dependant on performance.
