If you are past due, and payment has not been received by 10:00 PM EST on Wednesday, May 16, your reservation will be canceled. You can see whether your tables are paid or unpaid in your MyConsOnline.com account. Thank you very much, and we appreciate your business! If you missed the opportunity to sign up altogether, please keep an eye out tomorrow around that time for tables that may be released.

ARTISTS! Here is your second opportunity to get a table in the Artists' Alley at METROCON 2012!
The West Section of Artists' Alley will go live on Tuesday, March 20th, at 12:00:01 AM. This means that Monday night at midnight, if you want to get a table reserved, be at your computers and ready to go with your MyConsOnline.com account. Please be aware that often this second section sells out as fast as the first one did. I have received a lot of emails about this, so hopefully you've all been checking the website as well! We are proud to announce that The Fantasy Masquerade will have a second showing this year on Saturday of the convention at 8:00 PM in the Main Events room! Check out the write-up on the schedule for more details - the show will be presented in a theatrical, "abridged" format (without the dancing and formal attire). Your Masquerade Pass will get you into either or both of the performances for the Fantasy Masquerade, so be sure to catch the show!

02/14/12 - HAPPY VALENTINES; ARTISTS' ALLEY LIVE AT MIDNIGHT!
METROCON wishes all of our fans a Happy Valentine's Day! As our Valentine's present to you, and as promised, the East Mezzanine section of Artists' Alley will be going live at 12:00:01 AM on February 15th, 2012. For those of you like us, who get confused with the way this big rock we live on spins around and how we try to quantify it's movements, that's midnight tonight! Be sure to get your account with MyConsOnline.com in order, and be ready to reserve your table immediately if you want to be sure to get in. Artists' Alley has a notorious history of being sold out in the first few hours. Also please remember that you will have 30 days after your reservation to pay for your table, or it will be released to the public.
For those of you who may not make it on this first run, there's hope! The second section of Artists' Alley (the West Mezzanine for anyone keeping score at home) will be released barring any complications from our venue as soon as we have a solid answer regarding the Mezzanine's availability. Thanks for the patience, we've received tons of emails regarding Artists' Alley, and we've been responding to them as fast as we can. Hopefully this helps allay your fears, answer your questions, and maybe encourages you to get on there at midnight tonight and RESERVE THOSE TABLES! METROCON would like to congratulate the METROCON Mascots for 2012!
Thanks to all of you who participated in the tryouts for METROCON Mascots this year - there was an amazing quality of work among those of you who did audition, and the choice was tough! Check out a sneak peek of who made the cut this year below!
Also, be sure to look for the METROCON Mascot artwork on our flyers at MegaCon this year - not only will you get to meet the owners of METROCON and Team Dynamite Productions LLC, but the Mascots will be there themselves in full force! Famous for her role as Major Kusanagi in Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Mary Elizabeth has both performed with and directed some of the biggest names in voice acting! Be sure to catch her at METROCON to get an autograph, or just to shake her hand. This is an opportunity you do NOT want to miss!

Returning for a third time will be KellyJane and TealPirate of Parle Productions! Hosting several of your favorite panels, as usual, they were thrilled to come back and be surrounded by all of you for yet another METROCON!
For his first time at METROCON, get a warm welcome ready for Richard Epcar - the talented voice behind some of the most influential characters in anime and video games, including Batou in the Ghost in the Shell series, Xemnas/Xehanort/Ansem varied throughout the Kingdom Hearts series, and Raiden in the latest Mortal Kombat installment. Classically, he represented the iconic character Jigen in much of the English translation of Lupin III. What a guy!
